STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:

  2. Employer submits the work permit application to the Employment Agency of North Macedonia
  3. – Includes job contract, job description, and explanation of why local labor cannot fill the role
  4. After work permit approval, we prepare full visa support documentation
  5. You gather your personal documents and submit them to the North Macedonian embassy or consulate
  6. Visa D is issued, and you can travel to North Macedonia
  7. After arrival, you may either work with our partner or search for a job yourself
  8. Apply for a TRC (Temporary Residence Card) if you plan to stay long-term

✔ Police clearance certificate (no criminal record) – need to check if necessary in your embassy

✔ Bank statement proving financial stability with at least 500 Euros as proof – need to check if necessary in your embassy



How to Book an Interview

  • Apply at the Embassy/Consulate of North Macedonia in your country of residence.
  • If there is no Macedonian mission in your country, apply at the nearest embassy responsible for your region (e.g., applicants from Nigeria → Embassy in Cairo, applicants from Nepal → Embassy in New Delhi).
  • Booking is done by:

  • When booking, you usually must send:
  • – full name and surname,
  • – nationality,
  • – purpose of visa (Work Visa D),
  • – copy of passport,
  • – copy of employment contract/invitation (if available).

Interview at the Embassy

  • Attend on the scheduled date with all original documents.
  • The consul may ask questions about your job, employer, and living arrangements.
  • Processing time is usually 3–5 weeks after the interview.



PAYMENT POLICY:

Normal process:

  • Advance payment: 900€ – we begin the process.
  • After work permit scan: 900€.
  • Final payment after visa: 500€.


Premium option:

  • We also have an option to get a 100% granted visa using our own private connections.
  • The price is 3300€.
  • Advance is 50%, the rest of the money after the visa.



Job Position: Warehouse Worker


Job description: Loading and unloading goods, sorting, packing, labelling, assisting in inventory control, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. A physically demanding job requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Salary: €600 / month (net), approximately 3.75 USD per hour (based on 8 hours/day, 22 working days/month)

Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days per week; overtime paid additionally

Accommodation: Shared housing with heating, kitchen, and bathroom; utilities (gas, electricity, water) covered by employer

Location: Skopje / Bitola – two of the largest cities in North Macedonia, with good infrastructure and access to public transport

Requirements: Physically fit, able to perform manual labor, basic warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory, willing to follow safety rules and work in a team



Job Position: Confectionery Factory Worker


Job description: Participation in the production process of sweets and confectionery, monitoring product quality, packaging finished goods, and assisting with operations on the production line. Requires attention to hygiene and quality standards.

Salary: €500 / month (net), approximately 3.12 USD per hour (based on 8 hours/day, 22 working days/month)

Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days per week; shift work possible

Accommodation: Shared housing with heating, kitchen, and bathroom; utilities (gas, electricity, water) covered by employer.

Location: Skopje / Tetovo – important industrial and economic centres with good living conditions

Requirements: Ability to work standing for long hours, attention to detail, basic experience in factory work is welcome but not required, responsible, and punctual.
