  • In most embassies worldwide, a visa to Serbia is processed remotely. First, we send you the documents, after which you need to arrange insurance and decide on the registration date. Employer in Serbia personally verifies each client at the police. Only after this will you be able to track the visa status in your personal account on the portal.

  • To register on the Welcome to Serbia portal, you must upload your insurance policy and education certificate translated into Serbian with an official stamp. Without these documents, registration will not be possible.

âť—Be sure to notify us 3-5 days before registration so that we can coordinate the codes with the employerâť—

  • Visa registration is done through a special electronic form that the candidate fills out. After completing the form, a unique code is assigned in the personal account, which must be sent to us for further approval.
