PART II: POLAND TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD (TRC)

Eligibility Conditions

To proceed with a Polish TRC application:

• Applicant must be physically present in Poland
• Applicant must hold:
• A valid Business Visa (C04) or
• A valid Work Visa

EMPLOYER DOCUMENTATION — CLEAR DISCLOSURE

• Employer-related documents required for TRC filing are provided
• No employment or job placement is offered
• No salary or income is guaranteed

TRC PROCESS FLOW

Step 1: Entry to Poland

• Entry on Business Visa (C04) or Work Visa

Step 2: TRC Application Submission

• Complete TRC application prepared and submitted by our team
• Application is filed before visa expiry
• Submission can be completed within 2 working days after arrival

Step 3: Legal Stay Status

From the date of TRC application submission, the applicant:

• Is legally allowed to stay in Poland
• May remain until final decision, even if the visa expires

·      If the applicant leaves Poland, re-entry for fingerprinting requires a new valid visa .

Step 4: Fingerprint Appointment

• Scheduled approximately 7 months after submission

Step 5: Final Decision

• Issued approximately 5 months after fingerprinting

TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY DURING PROCESS

• Applicant may leave Poland after TRC submission
• To re-enter Poland for fingerprinting:
• A new valid visa is required

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT — HEALTH INSURANCE

Health insurance is a statutory requirement for the Polish TRC process.

• Required for TRC processing & fingerprint stage
• Approximate cost: €150

(Subject to applicant’s age and medical conditions)

• Coverage period: 6 months
• Can be arranged:
• At the fingerprint appointment stage
• Insurance must remain valid from fingerprint date until final decision

Travel Note

If the applicant leaves Poland, re-entry for fingerprinting requires a new valid visa (with invitation fee and visa fees applicable).
