Poland Terms & Conditions:
1. The processing time for a Polish work permit:
It depends entirely on approvals from the Polish immigration and labor department. While many applicants receive approval within 2–3 months, some cases may take longer due to background checks, nationality-specific verifications, or internal department queues. Unlike agencies that promise unrealistic timelines, we work only with trusted employers offering genuine vacancies and do not sell random work permits that have no value at the embassy or may lead to visa rejection. It is important to understand that no one can guarantee a visa — not us, not any agency — and if someone does, it is a warning sign that you could lose both money and time. Our commitment is to provide honest, legal, and transparent processing with proper documentation that gives you the best possible chance of visa approval and a real opportunity for a better future in Europe.
2. Assurance of Work Permit:
We provide 100% assurance of obtaining a genuine work permit. While delays may occur due to government procedures, verification processes, or internal departmental queues, these delays do not indicate rejection. In such cases, the employer may grant additional time for processing, and applicants are expected to remain patient throughout the process, as processing times can vary and may extend beyond the typical timelines.
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the work permit after all reasonable efforts on our side, we will review the case with the employer. If the employer confirms that the work permit cannot be issued, a refund will be processed in accordance with the agreed refund terms.
Note: Requests for updates or pressure on the process will not accelerate the timeline, as all approvals are handled directly by the employer and relevant government authorities.
3. Additional Documents:
We will provide you with all necessary additional documents related to your job offer.
4. Visa Decision Authority:
As per government policy, the immigration visa officer holds full authority to decide on the grant of your visa. The 1st party bears no responsibility for decisions made by the visa officer.
5. Changes in Immigration Policy:
The 1st party cannot be held accountable for changes in immigration policy or law that may impact your application during its processing.
6. Embassy Appointments:
Embassy appointments are subject to an electronic draw system. These dates are not included in the total processing time frame. Applicants must await appointment issuance via email from the embassy. Documents can be submitted to the embassy only after receiving an appointment date and time through the e-Konsulat system.
7. Payment Due:
The 2nd party should pay the second payment within 7-14 days from the date of release of soft copy of work permit. If the payment is delayed the employer might cancel the process by which the 1st party bears not responsible.
8. Additional Expenses:
The 2nd party (applicant) is responsible for any additional expenses incurred if they need to reapply for a visa or change their preferred job designation, country or job title or cancellation of the process. If the 2nd party cancel the process at any stage due to any reason, any amount shall not be refunded by the 1st party.
9. Submitting Fake Documents:
If the 2nd party submits any fake documents at any stage of the process, the 1st party bears no responsibility.
Notes:
1st party: Service Provider
2nd party: Candidate/Agent
