3-Year Residence Permit (TRC)


This program is designed for individuals seeking a lawful, structured, and regulation-aligned pathway to obtain a Spanish Temporary Residence Card under a self-employment basis.


✅ Eligibility & Basic Requirements


  • A valid passport in good physical condition
  • Clear scanned copies of all passport pages
  • (especially the photo page — must be fully visible and unobstructed)
  • Criminal Record Certificate (PCC) from the country of origin (required in certain cases):
  • Must be apostilled for Spain
  • Must be translated and notarized in English
  • At least one official entry stamp into Spain within the last 3 months is mandatory
  • If no stamp is available, the applicant must enter Spain for a minimum of one day to obtain it

  • Mother’s full name

  • Marital status (single / married / divorced)

  • Freedom of movement within Spain and the Schengen Area, in accordance with regulations


This permit does not constitute employment placement. It is a residence authorization based on self-employment status under Spanish law.


🕒 Process Timeline & Visits


The process requires three physical visits to Spain:


  1. Initial visit – Self-declaration & document submission
  2. Second visit (after 5–6 weeks) – Biometric fingerprinting
  3. Final visit (after another 5–6 weeks) – Collection of the residence card


⏳ Total estimated processing time: 10–12 weeks, subject to authority timelines.

  • First payment: €4,300
  • Payable upon arrival in Spain for document submission


  • Second payment: €4,300
  • Payable on the day of residence card collection


Our role covers process coordination, documentation guidance, and procedural handling. Personal presence is mandatory at each official stage.


✈️ Optional Schengen Visit Visa Assistance


If you wish to apply for a Schengen visit visa through us, an additional professional service fee of €500 will apply.
